1. Subscriptions: Subscriptions to FYPM are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins.

   1a. Canceling Subscriptions:

   You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to FYPM until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew.

   1b. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

   Subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds or credits will not be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

   1c. Payment Failures and Access Suspension:

   If we are unable to process payment for a recurring subscription due to insufficient funds or an expired payment method, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.

   1d. Authorization for Recurring Payments:

   By subscribing, you agree to these terms and authorize FYPM to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

2. One-Time Purchase: Your purchase is a one-time payment for the selected duration of access to FYPM’s database. Access begins on the date of purchase and ends after the specified number of calendar days. Available access options include 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All one-time and subscription purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies even if you are unsatisfied with our product. By making a purchase, you agree not to request a refund or dispute the charges with your bank.

4. Content Availability: FYPM’s database of global creator x brand deal compensation and anonymous reviews of brand collaborations is continuously updated. However, content availability is not guaranteed. By purchasing access, you understand and accept that specific content may change or become unavailable.

5. Purpose of Access: By purchasing access, you are not subscribing to source open campaigns or obtain direct brand deal contact information. Instead, you will have access to our database, which allows you to:

   • Make more informed partnership decisions
   • Benchmark your rates against industry standards
   • Gain ideas on how to approach brands you want to work with

6. Agreement to Terms: By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms & Refund Policy. You understand that your purchase grants you access to the database for the chosen duration, and you accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Quality and Use of Information: FYPM provides access to user-submitted reviews and compensation data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the information. Users should use the information to inform their own decisions and conduct further research as needed.

9. Charge Disputes: If you decide to dispute the charges with your bank after purchasing and agreeing to these terms, you may be banned from using FYPM for life and unable to earn or purchase access to our services indefinitely.
