How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel via FYPM.vip

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your FYPM account.
  2. Select My Access in the hamburger menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Manage Subscription to log into your Stripe customer portal and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel via Stripe Customer Portal

If you don’t have access to your FYPM.vip account, you can cancel your subscription directly through Stripe:

  1. Go to the Stripe Customer Portal.
  2. Log in using the email where you received your Stripe receipts.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription to complete the process.

This option is helpful if you accidentally closed your FYPM.vip account before canceling your subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I pause my account?

If you want to pause your payments and access to FYPM but plan to return in the future, you can do so by canceling your subscription. This allows you to keep all your account information intact. When you're ready to come back, simply re-subscribe, and your data will still be there!

How do I switch to a free account?

If you want to earn free access by contributing honest reviews of brands you've worked with, you must first cancel your subscription to pause payments. Currently, verified review credits are not proactively credited towards your subscription. This is something we'd like to build in the future, but as a small team, we are still working on it!
