How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel via FYPM.vip

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your FYPM account.
  2. Select My Access in the hamburger menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Manage Subscription to log into your Stripe customer portal and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel via Stripe Customer Portal

If you don’t have access to your FYPM.vip account, you can cancel your subscription directly through Stripe:

  1. Go to the Stripe Customer Portal.
  2. Log in using the email where you received your Stripe receipts.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription to complete the process.

This option is helpful if you accidentally closed your FYPM.vip account before canceling your subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Having trouble canceling your FYPM subscription?

We use Stripe for all subscriptions and fixed-access plans, and the email you used to check out might be different from the one you use to log into FYPM—especially if you’ve joined multiple times. This mismatch is the most common source of confusion when canceling.
